Join us at Volt50 Mayfair for a 45-minute Pilates sculpt class, followed by coffee, food and plenty of time to hang out with the girls.

Whether you’re coming with your bestie or turning up solo, this is your chance to get your Sunday movement in, grab a coffee and spend a couple of hours in good company.

WHAT TO EXPECT

45-MINUTE PILATES SCULPT
A fun, full-body sculpt session suitable for all levels, designed to leave you feeling strong, energised and very glad you came.

COFFEE + PROTEIN POT
Post-class coffee or tea and a protein pot from Queens of Mayfair because the post-workout plans matter too.

TIME TO MINGLE
Once the class is done, there’s no rushing off. Grab your coffee, get chatting and spend some time getting to know the girls.
