THE SUNDAY RESET
A slower Sunday morning, just for you.
Join us at Reset, Highbury for sauna, cold plunges, gentle movement and a little time to switch off from everything else.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation before moving between the sauna and cold plunge, with gentle movement, self-massage and guided reflection throughout.
We’ll explore accepting where you are, appreciating yourself and letting go of comparison especially the pressure of where you think you should be.
There’ll also be time to free roam and do whatever your body needs before we come back together for a final self-love meditation.
