Join us at Volt 50 Mayfair for an afternoon of movement, good food, iced coffee and getting to know the girls.

We’ll start with a 45-minute full-body yoga sculpt class, followed by coffee, a protein pot and time to relax and socialise with the girls.

WHAT TO EXPECT

45-MINUTE YOGA SCULPT CLASS
A full-body yoga sculpt class combining strength, movement and a little bit of sweat. Suitable for all levels, so no previous experience is needed.

COFFEE + PROTEIN POT
Refuel after class with your choice of iced or hot coffee or tea, alongside a protein pot from Queens of Mayfair.

SUNDAY SOCIAL
Once class is done, stick around for some proper girl time. Grab your coffee, have a chat and get to know the WWC community.
