Terms of Service — Women’s Wellness Club Events

 

By booking or attending any event hosted by Women’s Wellness Club, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are final. No refunds or transfers are permitted unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Participants must be 18 years or older to attend unless explicitly specified.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a credit or alternative date will be offered.

• You acknowledge that wellness experiences (including but not limited to movement, meditation, or holistic sessions) involve physical and emotional engagement, and you agree to participate at your own discretion and risk.

• Women’s Wellness Club and its facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our events.

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use unless you notify us in advance.

• Please respect the confidentiality, privacy, and personal space of other attendees at all times.
